Stage 1, completed in May 2023, involved a comprehensive renovation of a single-story brick cottage with extensive earthworks. Notable features included microcement on bathroom surfaces, lime-rendered walls, marble benching, and recycled hardwood joinery. Custom aged brass hardware adorned the entire space, complemented by sandstone retaining walls.

Stage 2 involves constructing a pool house, outdoor bar, multiple dining areas, and a wellness zone with a gym, pilates studio, sauna, and ice baths. This stage mirrors the high level of finish achieved in the initial phase, highlighting our commitment to both form and function.
