Engaged mid-way through the project by the developer, Kick Building took on the intricate task of completing all shopfronts, facades, bathrooms, carpentry, ceilings, partitions, and meticulous project coordination to meet a demanding architectural vision.

Designed by Richards and Spence, 18 Banksia Drive offers architectural freedom, envisioning a creative precinct built for production purposes with a front-of-house personality. Spanning 3,758 square meters, the project includes a range of versatile spaces designed to accommodate a range of different tenants. The Kick team expertly handled the various bespoke elements of the design, which were initially considered high-risk by the developer.
