When others said it couldn’t be done, we saw potential. This New Brighton home had survived five floods, but rather than tear it down as recommended, we chose to lift the entire structure.
This unique property features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and unobstructed views of the New Brighton Nature Reserve and Marshalls Creek. Built with flood resilience in mind, the Casons Road project is a testament to resilient architecture—creating spaces that not only blend with their natural surroundings but are built to withstand nature’s challenges.
