Kick Building completed the multi-stage development of Montecollum, transforming the property into an 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom residence with views of Mount Warning. The project included a state-of-the-art gym, a yoga room, and extensive earthworks to shape the surrounding landscape. Key design features include rendered brick and custom joinery, delivering a refined and functional space.
